It had just came to my attention that DC resident writer Judd Winick will be taking over The Batman series in June. Now to those that don't know this, Winick has a tendency to reuse "themes" (Seven deadly sins, traitors, Lockdown etc) and it is usually done with in a lackluster way. His current run on Titans is a perfect example of this, so far in the 10 issues of the series start he has reused the seven deadly sins and the traitor/lockdown card that he played in his run of The Outsiders. He doesn't portray the characters as being a family which is the whole underlining idea behind the Teen Titans who grow into the Titans. To sum up my concern, I don't think he will be well suited to do this.
